Burlington Old Timers Soccer Club
Apply for membership in the Burlington Old-Timers Soccer Club. Once completed, your application will be emailed to our REGISTRAR who will put your name on the waiting list. Read the terms and conditions then sign up. All information will be kept in confidence.Please note You must be 45 years of age on May 1 of the playing season.

Terms and Conditions

When you apply for membership in the BOTSC by completing the above form you will be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available in the league. This is an application only and does not grant any rights or entitlements to membership in the club. However you may be called upon at any time. In addition, you can attend any game at Iroquois Park or General Brock  as a spectator and participate in any Wednesday night 'pickup' games that take place, starting about 7 p.m., for assessment purposes, providing space is available. Wear boots and bring shin pads. At the field, ask for the registrar.
